All orders are shipped via J&T Express Philippines.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and courier operations.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You may track your parcel through the J&T Express tracking system.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, high order volumes, or courier issues.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. TrendHive PH will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
