Return & Refund Policy – TrendHive PH
At TrendHive PH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if the item received is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or variant)
- Incomplete order
Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Items on sale or clearance
- Used, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Clear photos/videos must be provided as evidence
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued via GCash or bank transfer
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
5. Shipping Fees
- If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via GCash or bank transfer only (no cash pickup).
7. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return/refund, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photo/video proof

8. Right to Refuse
TrendHive PH reserves the right to refuse return/refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
